Where others see challenge, we see opportunity. Davis Kaufman PLLC offers mediation services to provide our clients with resolution to legislative and legal disputes. In the legislative arena, we facilitate legislative solutions between stakeholders working to solve policy challenges. Mediation can be a more streamlined, more private, and less costly strategy than litigation. Our goal is to reach a fair and equitable resolution to conflicts in a way that protects your interests and provides security for all parties involved. Both of our principals are Fellows with The Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University of Texas School of Law.
